  Refund  Policy, No-Show Fees Policy, and Registration Fee Policy

BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT), HEARTSAVER, & FIRST AID COURSES

At AIBS Care Enterprise, we aim to provide exceptional training while maintaining flexibility and fairness for all participants. The following policy outlines our refund and no-show fee terms for BLS (Basic Life Support), HeartSaver, and First Aid courses:

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone at least 72 hours before the scheduled course date.
  • Refunds will be processed, minus a $25 administrative fee to cover registration costs.


2. Late Cancellations (Less than 72 Hours):

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course date are non-refundable, but you may reschedule for a future session within 30 days without incurring additional charges.


3. No Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course, or for participants who fail to attend without notice.

No-Show Fees

1. Missed Classes:

  • Participants who fail to attend their scheduled course without prior notice will forfeit their registration fee and will need to pay the full course fee       to re-register.


2. Emergency Considerations:

  • Exceptions may be granted for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Documentation may be required, and rescheduling will be at the discretion of AIBS Care Enterprise.

Rescheduling Policy

  Rescheduling Requests:

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the course date. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per registration. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $15 fee.

Payment Terms

1. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the course.


2. Methods of Payment:

  • Payments can be made via [Credit card, Online transfer, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo].


3. Refund Processing Time:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Course

 At AIBS Care Enterprise, we strive to provide high-quality education and training while ensuring clarity in our policies. Please review the following terms for refunds and registration fees for the Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Course:

Registration Fee

1. Course Registration:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required to secure your spot in the course. This fee covers administrative costs and course materials.
  • Registration is not considered complete until the fee is paid in full.


2. Full Course Fee Payment:

  • The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid at least 5 days prior to the start date of the course.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Prior to Course Start:

  • More than 7 Days Before Course Start: Full refunds (minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee) are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.


  • Less than 7 Days Before Course Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable, but participants may reschedule for a future session within 30 days at no additional charge.


2. No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit the entire course fee and registration fee.


3. Rescheduling Requests:

  • Participants may request to reschedule their course up to 3 days before the start date. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 administrative fee.


4. Emergency Exceptions:

  • Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of AIBS Care Enterprise. Documentation may be required for consideration.
