AIBS Care Enterprise offers a range of nurse-led services including:

2. Where are your services offered?
- We proudly serve clients throughout Maryland, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Anne Arundel County, and surrounding areas. Training may be held mobile, virtually, or at AIBS Care’s designated training locations.
Training & Certification
3. How do I register for a CPR or CMT course?
- You can register online or contact us directly by email or phone. A schedule of upcoming classes is posted on our website and social media pages.
4. Are your CPR and First Aid courses American Heart Association (AHA) approved?
- Yes. AIBS Care Enterprise is an Aligned AHA Instructor, and all participants receive official AHA eCards upon successful completion.
5. What is required to renew my CMT certification?
- Maryland requires a 2-hour Clinical Update every two years for renewal. Participants must complete hands-on skills review and documentation per Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) and COMAR regulations.
6. Do you offer group or facility training?
- Yes! We provide on-site training for facilities, schools, and community organizations. Group discounts are available for teams of 5 or more.
Delegating Nurse & Case Management
7. What is a Delegating Nurse?
- A Delegating Nurse (DN) is an RN approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing to oversee medication administration and ensure compliance in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and DDA programs.
8. How often are Delegating Nurse visits required?
- COMAR requires every 45-day visits for medication oversight, and every 6-month Quality Assurance reviews.
9. Can AIBS Care take over from a previous Delegating Nurse?
- Absolutely. We provide seamless transition services including medication review, resident assessments, staff competency verification, and documentation updates.
Geriatric & Care Management
10. What is Geriatric Care Management?
- Our geriatric care managers assist families in navigating elder care decisions, coordinating medical appointments, ensuring medication safety, and advocating for seniors’ needs across healthcare settings.
11. Can you help with home safety assessments or caregiver training?
- Yes. We offer home safety evaluations, caregiver education, and personalized support plans to promote safe, independent living for older adults.
Payments & Scheduling
12. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and business checks. A deposit may be required for group sessions or delegation contracts.
13. Are your prices listed online?
- Yes. Standard rates are available on our website and promotional flyers, with facility packages and group pricing available upon request.
14. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for class rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session within 30 days.
