**CMT Renewal Reminder
If your Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification has expired, you may have up to a 30-day grace period to submit your renewal application.
Before renewing, be sure to:
✅ Create your MDH CHART account
✅ Complete the required Structural Racism Training and Implicit Bias Training (if applicable to your renewal)
✅ Maintain a current CPR certification
Don't wait until the last minute! Complete your renewal requirements early to help avoid delays.
