
Under the 2025 Maryland COMAR regulatory updates, Medication Technicians (Med Techs) are required to maintain current CPR certification. Whether completing initial certification or renewal, individuals must now complete a hands-on CPR skills demonstration as part of their training to meet regulatory requirements.
Starting April 1, 2026, the Maryland General Assembly requires additional training for healthcare license and certificate renewals.
