Welcome to AIBS Care Enterprise, LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to nurse consultation, CPR and first aid training, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) courses, and care management services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

General Terms

1.1 Eligibility:

  • Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors may participate in certain training courses with parental consent.

1.2 Business Hours:

  • Our standard business hours are [insert hours], Monday through Friday. Services outside these hours may be subject to additional fees.

1.3 Service Modifications:

  • AIBS Care Enterprise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice

 

Payment And Fees

2.1 Payments:

  • All payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Late Payments:

  • Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of $10.

2.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policies, which vary by service. Please refer to the specific refund policy for the service you are using.

 

Training and Certification

3.1 Course Requirements:

  • Participants must complete all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments, to receive certification.

3.2 No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who fail to attend a scheduled training without prior notice will forfeit their fees.

3.3 Certification Validity:

  • Certifications are valid for the duration specified by the certifying body and must be renewed as required.

3.4 CPR and HeartSaver Courses:

  • All CPR and HeartSaver courses are taught in accordance with the most current American Heart Association (AHA) standards and guidelines. Certification cards issued will be recognized by the AHA.
  • The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, HeartSaver, First Aid, and AED and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.

3.5 Maryland CMT Initial and Renewal Training:

  • The Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) initial and renewal trainings are taught according to the standards of the Maryland Board of Nursing and the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) as outlined in the COMAR (Code of Maryland Regulations).

 

Care Management and Consultation Services

4.1 Scope of Services:

  • AIBS Care Enterprise provides consultation and management services tailored to the needs of clients and their families. These services do not replace medical advice or treatment.

4.2 Confidentiality:

  • All client information is handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws.

 

Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • AIBS Care Enterprise, LLC, and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5.2 Disclaimer:

  • Our training courses and consultation services are provided as educational tools. They do not replace professional medical or legal advice.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

6.1 Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled service or training.

6.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are subject to our specific refund and cancellation policies for each service.

 

Privacy Policy

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.

AIBS Care Enterprise reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication methods.
