Refund Policy and Registration Fee

At AIBS Care Enterprise, we strive to provide high-quality education and training while ensuring clarity in our policies. Please review the following terms for refunds and registration fees for the Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Course:

Registration Fee

1. Course Registration:
   • A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required to secure your spot in the course. This fee covers administrative costs and course materials.
   • Registration is not considered complete until the fee is paid in full.
2. Full Course Fee Payment:
   • The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid at least 5 days prior to the start date of the course.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Prior to Course Start:
   • More than 7 Days Before Course Start:
     Full refunds (minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee) are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.
   • Less than 7 Days Before Course Start:
     Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable, but participants may reschedule for a future session within 30 days at no additional charge.
2. No-Show Policy:
   • Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit the entire course fee and registration fee.
3. Rescheduling Requests:
   • Participants may request to reschedule their course up to 3 days before the start date. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 administrative fee.
4. Emergency Exceptions:
   • Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of AIBS Care Enterprise. Documentation may be required for consideration.

Payment Terms

1. Methods of Payment:
   • Payments can be made via [Credit card, Online transfer, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo].
2. Refund Processing Time:
   • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
