As a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings, I have witnessed the challenges families face when navigating care for their loved ones — especially older adults and individuals with special health care needs.
As an experienced Nurse Care Manager, I provide personalized care coordination, advocacy, and expert guidance to help individuals and families make informed healthcare decisions.
